Hockey Team Loses to RPI Club, 5-4

 

The men’s hockey team (14-8) lost to Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Club, 5-4, on Friday night. Roman Malyshev (School No. 90/Moscow, Russia) recorded a hat-trick, scoring the first three goals for the Vikings and Chris Flynn (White Plains/White Plains) scored at the end of the second period to bring the game to a 4-4 tie. A late RPI goal in the third period broke the tie, and ended up being the game-winner.

The Viking’s close the regular-season at Mohawk Valley on today at 7 p.m.
